This access point often stops working. It looks like it updates firmware frequently and doesn't reboot. That makes it useless for us. The factory password is admin even after a hard reset. If the numeric password on the back of the device doesn't work, try admin. Lost a few hours but found this information in an incomprehensible manual. After setting up the device you can uninstall the windows program, not sure if I need it at all. The Alcatel Link application does not work, it does not recognize when connected to the wifi perfectly. Many reviewers have the same problem.
