Amazing! After wrestling with all sorts of wrenches and pliers, I was ready to take my son's bike to the shop and force him to replace the pedals at any cost. I decided to give it another try and bought this tool believing that if it worked it would be cheaper than going to the store. And if not, I would return it. Spring. one tug with this tool and the pedal began to unscrew! Seriously, it couldn't be easier! Both pedals, which were surprisingly deep for those who put them on, released without effort. Installing the new pedals was a bit tricky, mostly due to leverage. I found I could put a hammer between the pedals and the bike frame to keep the pedals from spinning when I tightened them. Everything was ready in 10 minutes! I highly recommend this remedy!
