We got our first bearded dragon this year and need to have crickets on hand for daily feeding. I'm not a big fan of crickets, to me they're in the same category as roaches, so dealing with them is terribly disgusting. This system not only simplifies the keeping of the crickets, but also the feeding times. Just take out the tube (each tube has a lot of crickets because they like to climb in), you can shake calcium powder or supplements directly into the tube, and then empty the tube into the aquarium. We eventually switched to a 10 gallon tank to house our crickets because we needed to hold so many at once and I built something to hold these tubes so I could continue to use them in the large tank. In this large paddock we would have no problem keeping 50 to 75 crickets at a time.
