Review on 🚗 1997-2001 Jeep Cherokee Front Right Window Switch by SWITCHDOCTOR by Kenny Shaver

I bought a driver's side switch for my son's Jeep Cherokee because his door lock only worked intermittently. I decided to buy this switch for the passenger side because I figured I'd put a new switch in until I disassembled the door and it would look cleaner. I installed the switches just before he started school in August. The drivers were easy to install and worked well. After I installed the passenger side, the power locks didn't work, and a couple of times when I reassembled the door (and took it apart to test the installation), the locks activated without touching the switch. I thought there was a short in the wiring, but when my son went to school there wasn't time to fix it. He just came back from school, I disassembled the door, checked the wiring and found no problem. When I put the 18 year old original switch back in, everything worked great. The new switch was poorly made/defective. The return period was 30 days so I wasted my money and time on this device. I like the driver's side, but 50% marriage is unacceptable. If one broke, how long would the other last? Note to self: 1) Make sure the return policy is better, 2) There's a reason 25% of reviews are 1 star.
