Becomes very hot on my review.

I planned to place this in my pantry which is directly above the whole house humidifier. But it's so hot that I can't put it there. I've re-read the description and nowhere does it mention working as a heater, it's that hot. My three star rating is because I can't use it where I wanted to, not because it doesn't work. I haven't had time to determine that yet. I'll leave it running in a bathroom where I need both a dehumidifier and a heater and see how it works.

I trust this product to keep my antique firearms collection to resist rust and other damage.

Cons

Requires regular replacement of silica gel

I bought 2 of these for my closets. I love them. I already had to dry the beads but I do feel a difference when I open the closet. Very easy to use. I am so satisfied. Great product.
