Disappointed - Fish & Aquatic Creatures

I ordered this and it was listed as made by Revain.com. I expected this to be done to manufacturer's standards. Shelf life 6 months to 1 year depending on conditions. My label said the product should be used by June 2013. It is already 1 year out of date. DrTim states in his statement on the website that this will only keep the bacteria at 50F or below for 12 months without freezing. I have a 2 ounce bottle from Dr. Backordered Tim's website hoping the "Use By" date is up to date. I'm disappointed.
