I am very satisfied with their work, they are always there for you when ever needed! They do what is asked to be done without too much hassle or complaints from customers who want more than just simple printing needs addressed by them. Their service delivery time frame can sometimes take longer then expected but that's not really any one else fault it could simply be due to higher workload at times compared to other companies i've used previously so no big deal here. The only thing about this business which we dislike is some customer relations issues may arise if your using multiple printers within same office location. But nothing bad enough to stop us recommending them to others. DLSN helps our organization manage its printer consumables including cartridges/toners etc effectively.
