Great tray but quite expensive. If you assembled furniture from Ikea, then the same fasteners are used. Wood is the MDF style, just like Ikea. Due to the internal size, you need to make sure the tray you buy will fit. The vents on the back are a nice touch, but I'd recommend covering them with mesh as dirt or other "things" can splatter, I've found out the hard way. The biggest disappointment is that there is no damper or screen at the entrance. Due to the size, a lot of rubbish is thrown away. I have a floor mat, but my next modification to make my life easier would be a flap or some sort of hanging screen for the cat to squeeze through.
