I took my van to the dealer to express my disappointment that the tailgate of my minivan would not open fully (while my van was still under warranty). They blamed the slow or incomplete increase on cold temperatures (Michigan winters), which made hydraulic fluid thicker in the winter. I waited until next spring (still having problems) only to find out my van was no longer under warranty for this repair. I figured I'd just have to "live with it" but we found her at Revain. Installation was pretty easy and now my van's tailgate goes up and down like new. And MUCH cheaper than having the dealer do the work! It is great! They made it through the Michigan winter without a cold problem and continue to work great (9+ months now).
