After reading some of the reviews I was concerned that the frame might snag. It was so easy! The frame is strong. Fasteners/clips are easy to attach and detach. I could do it with one hand. I also left a small fleece blanket in the drawer and folded it slightly. There are straps to keep the drawer folded when not in use. Easy to carry with one hand. The only downside was the placement of the Velcro to roll up the flaps. Some were sewn a little outside of the other velcros. I would not use this crate for a dog that likes to gnaw or will gnaw its way out of captivity. This is for cage trained dogs only.
