It was a nightmare to sync this device just by connecting it to the wifi in my house. I tried it 100 times and it accidentally worked once, but I don't know why it was different then. And now it's completely unclear how to connect it to SmartThings. I've integrated my SmartThings with Tuya, but this device isn't showing up in my app. I tried a few google searches and found that using Globe Suite first to connect to Tuya and then ST to Globe Suite might help. But it did not work. So for this device I need a separate app on my phone. Then I went to the Tuya site and had an even worse experience. There is no specific help for the product and the site is more like a developer site for other purposes. At this point I'm completely disappointed, it's the complete opposite of how the technology should work and be supported.
