I make cold coffee by sewing coffee filters into my bag, adding coffee grounds, and then sewing the filter back on. I had to make four bags to brew a gallon of cold coffee. It took a very long time and I still had to strain the coffee because of the sludge that had seeped in. These bags are amazing! I feel a bag almost all the way up for a full gallon of cold drink. This material allows for faster cold brewing than paper filters. I even reused a few of these after rinsing and drying. Will definitely buy again. Note. I recommend tying a knot on the two strands that come out on the opposite side, forming a complete circle. Then I mailed it off and tied a bow to keep the cord from accidentally coming out of the case. Also great for reusing.
