Very Pleased with Salesforce Docs - Highly Recommend
The team is great! They are very friendly & helpful when it comes time for support or questions about our setup/maintenance of their product as well other aspects such as training new employees who will be managing customers accounts using this platform.
I would like more information from them regarding pricing plans offered by different companies (i think they have 4) but nothing major just some clarification so we can make informed decisions if needed. We use SD for many things including document storage / retrieval which makes life easier especially since one person cannot handle everything alone anymore due to having multiple responsibilities during work days.
Pros
- Very easy tool that anyone could pick up without any difficulty, you do not need extensive knowledge in computers at all really there’s no learning curve whatsoever unlike another software program i used years ago before switching over here with secure dock..they offer help remotely should necessary too :) It's user friendly even though its complex underlining functionality behind what looks simple enough.easy navigation between tabs etc; also offers various apps available within each tab section
