I bought a bracelet and I really liked it. It was comfortable to wear and had multiple notches in the right area, allowing me to adjust the fit depending on what I was doing without being too tight or loose. The problem was that 3 weeks after purchase, the Fitbit's connector itself snapped *within* the Fitbit connection. I ended up having to stick a knife into the Fitbit to remove the shards so I could put the standard strap on top and continue using it. It wasn't that I did anything crazy with it, just wore it during the day. It doesn't matter how good or how convenient the rest of the product is if the shelf life is so terrible it doesn't even last a month.
