Perfect replacement for 2014 Ford F-150 Ecoboost

Perfect replacement spark plugs in my 2014 Ford F-150 Ecoboost. I replaced them at about 60,000 miles when I noticed my truck was idling. After installing new spark plugs, the car still vibrates heavily at idle. However, the spark plugs may not be an issue and I wanted to replace them anyway as these ecoboost engines will bang spark plugs as you will see in my picture. -150 with Ecoboost engine, I will be grateful for the answer! After all, these are great candles! Much luck!
