Seems to be really a quality device
This product has worked for me. Handling it felt like I have bought a quality device and it is doing its job. I am using it to drive some powerful LED's. After plugging the device in, it takes three seconds for it to supply power to the device output. But I am ok with that delay since the seller says this device offers additional protection and according to the pictures it seems to be a quality device. Indeed, my device has the UL logo on it, as well as the TUV GS logo and many more. Overall, this device feels like a laptop power supply would feel. I like it thus far.
