Product scan button is broken out of the box. Has been on the shelf for over a month, now we can't return it to Amazon as the return option is gone.
- USB Cradle: USB plug and play cradle, no drivers or software required. It works as a 2.4GHz wireless signal receiver and charging station. No cable is required when scanning barcodes, you can use the scanner up to 100 meters away from the base station. When the scanner is low, just place it on the stand and it will start charging immediately.
