Perfect replacement, just like OEM
Perfect, just like the original Ford. It took 1 minute to remove and 10 minutes to attach. The installation requires a feeling when the hands are behind the glove box, you can't see the mounting screw holes, so the installation of the screws is a little troublesome by feeling, but it works great. 1/3 the price of a Ford part.
