05 F150 fan now running

Full fan speed range finally available. It was a super easy install. Emptying the glove box takes too much time than putting it in.

Pros
  • Best in class
Cons
  • Cable shorter than other options

Perfect fit for the Fiesta

The part is a little hard to come by for an experienced mechanic like me but it restored all the fan motor speeds so it was worth the effort.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

great for 2012 Ford Escape XLT

Fan switch stopped working - so I knew I needed a new control resistor. A very quick fix to the problem, the old board was clearly burned out. Now it works again. The kit included a piece of cable with a connector that wasn't needed in my case. Excellent price.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • So So

Perfect replacement, just like OEM

Perfect, just like the original Ford. It took 1 minute to remove and 10 minutes to attach. The installation requires a feeling when the hands are behind the glove box, you can't see the mounting screw holes, so the installation of the screws is a little troublesome by feeling, but it works great. 1/3 the price of a Ford part. Captain Vince Rakstis, retired.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Caveat: Blower Motor Aid

Installation not great but doable but biggest issue: There was no caveat which meant I had to re-solder the connector that came with it. I just figured the wires would be on in case the ones on my car melted which wasn't my problem so I just plugged it in and turned it on and guess what that is when it decided to melt because your wiring from mine differs, thanks to everyone for the help and warnings
