Update: Clips break easily. I should have opened that before opening the shelf. The tab broke and I had to send it back. Using plastic clips instead of metal clips was a little disappointing. I will check the packaging on next receipt before opening the shelves. Original review: A locking wheel is useless if it still rocks from the pivot. This shelf blocks the wheels very well! The wheels are adjusted like a dream. Comes tool-free, requires a 1/2" wrench.
