Maximizing Space with 4Pc Storage Boltless Shelving Capacity: Organize and Store Efficiently Review

Amazing product. I'm an artist and I use shelves to store my paints, palettes and more. I like the flexibility of the shelves, but I wasn't happy that it was almost impossible to move my rig when I wanted to move it. It was easy to put on. (I had to empty and disassemble all the shelves but it was worth it.) I can't believe how strong they are. They work perfectly.

Update: Clips break easily. I should have opened that before opening the shelf. The tab broke and I had to send it back. Using plastic clips instead of metal clips was a little disappointing. I will check the packaging on next receipt before opening the shelves. Original review: A locking wheel is useless if it still rocks from the pivot. This shelf blocks the wheels very well! The wheels are adjusted like a dream. Comes tool-free, requires a 1/2" wrench.

These casters have breathed new life into my old premium Gorilla Rack shelving. I've been able to convert my shelves into rolling shelves, which makes it a lot easier to get a tool shelf to a work piece or move the shelf away from the walls to mop the floors. I think I bought 1 set and was so in love I bought 4 more. I even converted one of my Gorilla Racks into a rolling wood storage rack. Heavy duty casters have been added to heavy duty shelving (purchased from Northern). Provides mobility in the garage so I can clean underneath or reconfigure the space as needed. Heavy duty casters work well with fully loaded shelves. The brakes work well and prevent the racks from moving. The only problem was during installation. Looks like an easy addition. However, it is necessary to be able to move the shelves with the load. It's not clear what a 'heavy' load is according to the instructions (maybe it's just a legal precaution), but it will be updated once everything is put together. Update: The whole point of casters on a rack is to be able to move the unit with a load.
