Review on πŸ’‘ Get a Brilliant Glow with Sea Gull Lighting 7543502-962 Two Light Ceiling Flush Mount in Brushed Nickel by Manuel Brown

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love these lamps.

Today I installed two of these - one in the kitchen and one in the hallway - to replace some very old fixtures that were here when I moved in last month. You changed the world. They are very simple and exactly what I wanted. Installation was very easy after removing the screws for installing the metal plates. 🀬 Why aren't screws included? None of the ancient jigs had plates or screws to hold them in place. It's outrageous how companies save a penny at the expense of customer satisfaction. Now the problem lies with the consumer. How much money was saved by not including two tiny plate screws? 2 cents? It's strange how companies survive these days doing business this way. So just go to the hardware store and buy two screws to mount the alloy plate. You'll be glad you did. In any case, after assembling the metal plates and connecting the cables, all that remains is to fasten the bracket, screw in the bulbs and fix the glass shade. Notice the ONE clip that has a spring. You can see the spring under the insulation. What I did for future lamp changes and possibly future owners is I marked pink markers on each side of a spring clip (on a white metal base) and also marked the top of the clip so I knew it was a spring. downloaded only by searching. This is the clip you need to pull to release the glass cover to change the bulb. There are no markings visible from the ground. πŸ‘ Plan ahead. πŸ˜‰This requires (2) 60 watt or equivalent LED bulbs. I have (2) LED fluorescent lights installed and they are too bright. I think I'll change them to the 40 watt equivalent. The devices look good. Nothing fancy, but they are simple and attractive. Two thumbs up for the facilities and 5 stars. Zero stars for the lack of the necessary screws for the metal plates.
