Review on ubisend by Johnny Pigao

I like the way Ubisend has designed their platform! Their dashboard is very detailed and gives you access to the tool you need to achieve your business outcomes. I would like to see more integrations between their platform and other tools/apps. For example, they could connect to Slack to give quick access to messages to be resolved by chatbots (or other chatbots). Also, it would be helpful to connect Ubisend with other marketing tools (like Hubspot, etc.). As a marketer, I can use the chatbot with ease to have a quick conversation with my users. It has boosted my productivity by helping me solve their issues in a quick and efficient manner. I can also see the response I have with my user from the dashboard. The best part of using ubisend was that it helped us automate our customer service process by having an AI agent at hand 24/7 whenever needed. I had no issues with this product during my trial period as i used its functionality for about 4 months before signing up. It worked really well in helping me save time from replying back to emails or callbacks received through WhatsApp within minutes instead of hours which made me more productive since working remotely requires constant attention towards work.
