Great analytics companion with an intuitive interface

I like that it sends data directly to Google Analytics so you can see how well it's performing. It's fairly easy to use, although there are a few quirks here and there (like you have to manually add every new bot to the system). They recently added a dashboard where you can view performance from all of your bots at once, which was a nice improvement! No major dislikes - just minor issues like not being able to set up additional characters for certain languages or characters. If you're looking…

Excellent tool for customer service management and chatbot implementation

I like the way Ubisend has designed their platform! Their dashboard is very detailed and gives you access to the tool you need to achieve your business outcomes. I would like to see more integrations between their platform and other tools/apps. For example, they could connect to Slack to give quick access to messages to be resolved by chatbots (or other chatbots). Also, it would be helpful to connect Ubisend with other marketing tools (like Hubspot, etc.). As a marketer, I can use the chatbot…
