Review on Webtrends Analytics for Sharepoint by Aaron Villanueva

The product is easy to configure, it's well documented what you can do with this plugin so there are no surprises once installed or configured properly! I wish we had an easier way in SPLAIN format (maybe export some configuration from wsp as JSON?) otherwise would like more flexibility / customizations per-user/per group permissions - however that comes at cost now if using Enterprise license version. We have several different sites running within our own organisation which needs monitoring across multiple departments & products etc but only one person needed access control over them all rather than having separate licences. The most useful feature is that it can easily be integrated with the SharePoint environment, allowing us to track usage/performance of our site and its pages in real time. It's also very easy to customize dashboards and create custom KPIs. There are some features we would like to see improved such as the ability to export data into other reporting tools (e.g., Excel). We have been able to keep tabs on user behavior within our SharePoint environments using this product since 2014.
