First I must apologize to Ipearl for ordering the wrong size. This resulted in a loss of time when returning. So make sure you check your laptop for the correct model, this will save you a lot of hassle with returns. I paid for my shipping due to an error. Today I finally got the 14 inch I needed. It fits perfectly, I liked the rigid design. I'm happy with the thickness of the plastic. It doesn't look like it will protect the laptop from falling, but what do you want for such a cheap price. It helps with spills and a little tapping on the top or bottom cover. Ipearl customer service was initially responsive but I kept having to contact them and found again that I had given the wrong order number. So much per transaction in their system. I would buy it again, maybe now I know it's a bit flimsy and not as reliable as it should be, but maybe I'll get better laptop protection if I go for a more expensive model. Let's see, I just put it on and at least it fits perfectly now.
