Like most people, I want my new boots to last. The winter here in New England has been downright harsh this year, with a weekly snowstorm and sub-zero temperatures freezing everything. I bought nice warm leather boots and ordered Snow Proof to protect my investment. I love this material and its defensive capabilities are impressive. I applied Snow Proof to my skin with my fingers to make sure I reached every corner. I then used a hair dryer to heat the boots and improve absorption. The next day the skin has completely absorbed all of the Snow Proof and the slight darkening that was occurring is gone. The skin was not oily or greasy, just soft and cared for. Since then my boots have been weather tested in the snow and still look nice and clean at the end of the day. They're also waterproof, and any moisture that gets on them just drips off and quickly disappears. I am a firm believer that Snow Proof will extend the life of my boots! Will definitely be buying again, although a small 3oz jar seems to last quite a while.
