I received this item yesterday afternoon. I quickly opened it, gave it a quick shake and it just clicked into place. These things are really cute. Your pet won't get as hot as you might think because it has a lot of mesh that acts as a window. I bought it for my elderly Yorkie who just got it yesterday but she hasn't even been in it for half a minute. I don't know why that is because it's not a bad playpen. I couldn't hold it because ANY weight placed over the mesh/zipper will cause the whole thing to collapse on its own. All three of my cats would fail immediately. I will be buying a much more durable one that will keep my three fat cats on it. If you have a small to medium sized dog this would be perfect for you. I don't think cats will like it very much and it goes without saying that they will tear the web to shreds because they are cats after all. It's too tempting for them to examine them with their nails and teeth. I still recommend this store because my relationship with them has been very professional and friendly.
