The concept of the plugin is great. I really like the "idea" of being alerted if my drain pump fails and I have a high water level before the water damages it. The app is not updated in real time when the pump is switched on and off. I tested the highwater sensor to see if it would alert and send notifications to my notification center on my phone. It's not like this. No push notifications to notify me. Tried the app for iPhone and Android, no difference. It would record it and I could see it using the live app, but what's the point! I'm not going to sit around and look at my app all day. Customer service on this topic is useless. They suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the app until it works. If this app worked as advertised, I would give this device five stars.
