Exactly the same as Cowwin E7 (ie good value for money)
Minimal delay, decent sound quality and comfort. I haven't been spoiled by more audiophile brands like Bose or Drey Beats etc but to me as a casual music listener / who spends a lot of time watching movies and games they just sound good. Before that I had Cowin E7 for over a year and they are exactly the same except the material is slightly different. (I would still use them if I didn't drop them so often). So if you are looking for Bluetooth headphones at a cheap price, this is a good option. Unlike some others I've tried.
