It works as it should. that's a great arrow in itself. The only problem I had was rotating the mic on my arm. It's easier than expected from reading other reviews. I thought I would have to remove part of my mic, it's all a screw. The screw is also picky. You can keep spinning it and it will keep spinning. You can't have it very tight. I fixed this by applying a clear coat of nail polish to the screw to tighten it. Everything seems fine now. The microphone itself also only moves up and down, there are no 360-degree movements with this lever. The zip ties are not attached so I used black zip ties to secure the microphone cable. If you're happy with that, it's a great arrow and works as expected. I would recommend. Update: Nail polish doesn't last anymore. I took the original microphone base and otherwise it works fine.
