Review on High-Speed Transcend TS-RDF5K USB 3.1 Card Reader for SDHC/SDXC/microSDHC/SDXC Cards - Black by Owoeye Reed

I don't have a card reader on my PC and this was a much cheaper way to read SD cards from my Cannon t3i. This is much more convenient than connecting the camera to a PC. It is inexpensive and easy to use. Since most people only need SD and Micro SD memory cards, this is sufficient. If you need other formats (Compact Flash, Sony Memstick, etc.), get one that also offers these features. Otherwise it does exactly what is needed. I didn't run any speed tests or anything to see if it was actually using USB3 speeds, but I did transfer photos with it over a gig and it was pretty fast. I'm taking off one star because the card is mounted on the side. It sticks out from side to side and as a result I can only plug it into certain ports on my PC. I need to disable something else to enable this. While it's not that bad since I'm only unplugging the cord for my phone, it's enough to deduct 1 star.
