Review on Cooks Standard 11x11 Inch Square Griddle Pan - Hard Anodized Nonstick, Black by Joel Gardner

I purchased these pots and pans and did not receive a discount or refund for this review. I just felt the need to let everyone know that these are my favorite pans and that I absolutely love these Cooks Standard pots and pans! I'm gradually replacing my T-Fal pots and pans with these Cooks pots and pans because the quality is so much better! Cook's pans are nice thick metal with a nice non-stick coating. Even the rivets that attach the handle to the pan are non-stick! I also like their weight because I don't have to worry about them warping from the heat at normal cooking temperature like I have with my other pots and pans. When you hold them in your hands, the handle feels smooth and strong, not paper thin. Despite all that, they seem to weigh almost twice as much as other pans. So if you have weak hand strength, you might want to stick with another brand and just be careful with the cooking temperature.
