Mobile phone holder not universal

Suitable as a beginner for filming. I have to tie the phone to my arm because the part that's supposed to hold it isn't adjustable in any way. It's not universal. Also, one of the holes on the lever where it attaches to the table clamp is covered with a bushing and I can use the included screw to attach it securely.
