Bought for my middle school kid to use for online school and animate it. He's pretty picky and he's very happy with this set. It is very sturdy and serves its purpose very well! Great deal, great quality.

Suitable as a beginner for filming. I have to tie the phone to my arm because the part that's supposed to hold it isn't adjustable in any way. It's not universal. Also, one of the holes on the lever where it attaches to the table clamp is covered with a bushing and I can use the included screw to attach it securely.

Just boxed it up for return. I set this all up and tried it out to film my classes. Turns off periodically, then won't turn on again. I have to leave it for a few hours, disconnect and reconnect to get it working again (if it does). I need reliable light, not moody. It's clearly defective or just too cheap to work well. Maybe I can find something made in the USA?

I use this for several projects. I often go "live” on IG and FB and it frees my hands to show off my pricing skills. I also use it to hold my phone when reading children's books and writing them down. send to my nephew. Super comfortable. The clamp that holds it to the table needs readjustment as it is not the strongest of the clamps. The ring on the nut is loose. I have no way of making it stronger.

I bought this to record overhead calligraphy and watch videos. The light has different brightness settings. It's durable and I leave it installed and attached to my desk even when I'm not using it. It doesn't get in the way because I can adjust my hands to keep it where I want it. Maybe there are better options, but this works fine for me.

I bought this set after a long search. I was positively surprised. I recently ordered another set and taped them to both sides of my art table. I like you very much. They are easy to use and adjustable. I can arrange them in almost infinite positions at different angles. I use them for my website element photos and follow the videos. I highly recommend them. They can be transported easily. My last order included a camera remote for my iPhone which I love.
