Review on Aladtec by Raji Bentz

The best feature I like about this software are that you can schedule your employees for meetings with ease! This has helped me cut down my scheduling hours since i am no longer having to go in person each day just so they know what their due dates will be next week/month etc.. It helps if there ever was an issue between staff member but nothing too bad as far as employee relations goes which makes things easier when trying work out schedules together using our calendars online (which we do). I like how easy it is to use and the flexibility it offers. It can be very confusing at first but once you get used to it everything falls into place! The user interface could use an update. I would love to see more modern features that are easier to use. I am able to schedule my employees quickly and easily. It has helped me cut down on paperwork and it allows me to keep track of when employees are scheduled to work.
