Have been trying this stuff since I've had it (almost 2 weeks or about 10 days). In truth, all I know is that I shouldn't take it before a run/jog/cardio. I have additional dehydration. I drank a normal amount of liquid and was still overwhelmed. And I ran the same distance as always. There doesn't seem to be any extra energy to work harder. This appears to allow temporary muscle gains to last an extra day. Which can later enable additional pushes. To say it doesn't work would be inaccurate and maybe even better than I think. However, I get extra dehydration. Makes this product questionable. I think I'll give it another month (I like longer lasting pumps) but I have to be careful. because I've found that extra dehydration also occurs on weight days. I only noticed that after the run. This will double your water intake, which is what I mean by dehydration. (Noticeable after running. I felt dizzy, almost passed out, etc.) Which, now that I think about it, is because pumping muscles also uses water. Perhaps the bottle should have warned consumers to drink more water. (I still don't take it on my cardio day again!)
