Good activated carbon filter.
Works well in my 12" x 12" filter box. The main filter is a large biosphere filter I built from a large 15 gallon Mexican container for my 600 goldfish pond. But the new filter element makes the water crystal clear in 2 days. On top you need to put a rough polyethylene gasket so that it does not clog. Remove and wash manure about once a week. Lasts 5 minutes. The Carbon Pad is valid from 3 weeks to a month. Reasonable price compared to a pet shop that charges three times as much.
