High Quality: Scrapbooking and Stamping

This vinyl has a nice matte finish with just enough glitter so it doesn't look like soft textured plastic, it's more glossy than satin. It cuts and removes weeds easily and sticks well to low to medium tack carbon paper with a little help from a matte finish. Scratch a little to find the edge if you need to remove it. Very high quality.
