The smallest size is probably a 5.5 or 6
The ring is really beautiful but unfortunately the finger I was trying to wear it on is usually a size 5 and it was too loose without the ability to wear it to really tighten (I could understand that - you could squeeze it tighter but it wouldn't stay closed). If your ring finger is a size 5 or smaller I wouldn't buy this. The thumbs should be fine.
