This cookware set is healthier than non-stick. The largest pot that comes with the kit arrived a little bent but I didn't send it back. I have found that I can cook on lower electric settings with this cookware. You have to be careful not to burn them, but this is a better choice than non-stick cooking materials because most non-stick cooking materials will start to break food down into very small pieces after a few months of continuous use. They can be more difficult to clean than nonstick cooking materials, but I personally wouldn't take small bits of different nonstick cooking materials. I use them almost every day. You have held up well. It's very useful.
