Multipack with wrong labeling

Spark plugs NGK 4626 ordered Spark plugs NGK 6703 bought Multipack was wrongly labelled. As far as I can tell the specs are similar, but the 6703 doesn't have a removable nut. I like to have a 4626 on hand for my Stihl gear. Don't mess with sending back 6703.
