This is my second Bio Ionic iron and have loved your products so far! I bought this iron a year ago and it suddenly stopped working. It just won't turn on. The most annoying thing is that I didn't even drop it! My 1st Bio Ionic lasted about 5-6 years and I only replaced it because I wanted a new one. I expected a lot more from it, especially as a professional hairdressing product! Very poorly designed, unreliable product. I am really very disappointed.
