I like that they understand how to use the information that needs to be done to get your case moving. They have very good people that know what is going on in the court system. Also, they are very diligent when it comes to getting work done on time. It took them a long time to do the initial interview and paperwork for my case. They sent me the wrong forms at first, then had the forms not signed by me for many days after being requested. I was also not allowed to have copies of documents I needed to submit with my pleadings. I had to go back to them and ask for copies. It is just one thing after another. The company can do more, but I am still waiting to see if this will ever end. They did not do anything wrong. However, they could make things a lot.
