Excellent Service & Outstanding Product

I like their transparency across our account management process- from lead qualification to first contact, we're getting good communication within each role in support of that effort as well so great overall! Honestly can't see any downsides at this point with this product or experience working here thus far.- As previously mentioned above they provide us very transparent access into understanding how customers are using software internally for day 1 onboarding/trial etc., allowing cross training between different departments is key (to ensure customer success)- Customer Success Team helps push out best practices via content marketing articles when need arises; not an automated system but definitely helpful still ongoing improvement - Sales team has improved internal capacity utilization time frames and turnaround times by leveraging insights available through CSM which otherwise would have taken longer than it actually takes now if left up solely relied upon manual processes only-. I like that they have a very simple, easy to use app for Salesforce. It is so simple to use that anyone can learn how to use it quickly. The interface with our CRM is seamless. They are able to pull in data from our system extremely fast. There is nothing bad about this platform! We were looking into other platforms, but came back to 9Clouds. I highly recommend them. Their support team will be more than happy to help you out if needed. This has been a lifesaver for us!
