Easy-peasy tooling plus good customer service

I like that it is easy to use, intuitive with how everything works together for us so we don't have too many questions about what features are working in which way or why things work as they do (for example - sometimes when you send an email via our CRM software there's no "Send" button option within Salesforce itself). The support team can be slow at times but this may just come from their being very busy right now! We've been able solve some of those issues by contacting them directly…

Excellent Service & Outstanding Product

I like their transparency across our account management process- from lead qualification to first contact, we're getting good communication within each role in support of that effort as well so great overall! Honestly can't see any downsides at this point with this product or experience working here thus far.- As previously mentioned above they provide us very transparent access into understanding how customers are using software internally for day 1 onboarding/trial etc., allowing cross…

Great product and awesome customer service

I like that it is very user-friendly, but also easy to use for my tech people too! The support team has been so helpful in answering any questions we have!! You can definitely spend time exploring all of their features - they are pretty great with what you're looking at as far being able get into specifics about everything or not depending upon how much detail/knowledge one does possess before getting there themselves :) We utilize this within our organization primarily when conducting an audit
