We had previously purchased a muffin pan from the same company through AMZ and were very pleased with the exceptional quality and durability of the pan so we were pleased to find a pizza pan of this size made by you like Nu. It's a heavy steel pan, exceptional quality, and we can finally make pizza with a crispy crust. And we can just wipe the pan and it will be clean. No cleaning. Very impressive. We will expand our collection bit by bit. It's not cheap at all, but considering all the other pizza pans we've bought in the past only lasted a year or less, it's a worthwhile investment in the end.
