    Great pizza pan

    I'm very picky about my pizza pans but I really like these. The texture prevents the dough from shrinking and increases the crispiness. I will buy more.

    It's 12.5 inches. Not 12.

    This pan is not 12 inches. It's 12.5 and doesn't fit what I need it for as it's too big in diameter. I applaud the seller for being overzealous, but when I order a 12" pan I expect a 12" pan. Now I have to send it back.

    Baking trays from this manufacturer are the best trays

    Trays from this manufacturer are the best trays. However, do not put it under the grill. The silicone coating can melt/discolour at approx. 480 °C. No stick when used correctly. Do not use sharp metal on it as these can scratch and expose the metal underneath.

    Not 12 inch Best In Baking Pan

    This seems like a really good sturdy pan and I think I'd really like it but I've never used it because it's too big for my toaster ( the only oven I have) that only fits up to a 12 inch pan accurately. This pan is 12.75 inches in diameter. Please seller, you must designate this pan the correct size.

    The best pizza pan ever!

    Wow, I really like this pan. I unknowingly bought a ready-made pizza, which turned out to be greasy and with a lot of cheese. What a mess! Not only did this pan bake evenly, but the raised outer rim kept the mess from sloshing into the oven. After that it was cleaned great, just a quick rinse under the tap and a slosh of dish soap. Definitely top rated IMHO.

    I've cooked cookies and homemade pizza in this pan and it cooks and cleans better than any other pan I've ever used, including my Pampered.

    I was suspicious of the comments "do not wash in the dishwasher", but I also found that it was not necessary. I've cooked cookies and homemade pizza in this pan and it cooks and cleans better than any other pan I've ever used, including the well-seasoned Pampered Chef Stone. I can't comment on the durability as I've only used it a few times. I love it made in the USA too!

    Aluminized steel. Good weight and grooves on the bottom of the pan.

    We bought this pan to replace one we have had for years but it is now more discolored from burnt grease than I think is safe for us to put food on to deliver. (If the food is wrapped in foil, then fine.) I wanted stainless steel, but this one is aluminized steel, so maybe I didn't have exactly what I wanted.     We had previously purchased a muffin pan from the same company through AMZ and were very pleased with the exceptional quality and durability of the pan so we were pleased to find a pizza pan of this size made by you like Nu. It's a heavy steel pan, exceptional quality, and we can finally make pizza with a crispy crust. And we can just wipe the pan and it will be clean. No cleaning. Very impressive.     Anyone have pizza? for pizza trays and stones

    They are much stronger than my old ones. Very durable construction. I bought these to replace my old warped and battered pizza pans. They are a bit smaller than the ones I had so I think I'll convince my wife to let me buy 2 more. I already have a number of different pans from this brand that I got as gifts. I've been using them for a while and I love them. I use them for my home and cook for my family every day. Made in the USA so this gives me even more incentive to keep buying this brand…

    Best Pizza Pan

    We cook pizza for dinner at least once a week. We often use our Breville Smart Oven and sometimes our large wall oven. Over the years we've used about a dozen different pans, some small enough to fit a Breville countertop oven, as well as several larger pans that fit a full-size wall oven.
