Aluminized steel. Good weight and grooves on the bottom of the pan.

We bought this pan to replace one we have had for years but it is now more discolored from burnt grease than I think it is for sure is to put food on it (If the food is wrapped in foil then ok.) I wanted stainless steel and this one is steel with aluminizing so it might not turn out quite how I wanted it. Pan. We got it Used several times since purchase. Would buy again.
