Great for lunch ahead
Great for dinner ahead which means we don't have to stay to pick up a plate/plates when we have to go back to work. When cooking something that makes a complete mess like "Perfect every time the Ribs" (great recipe - google) I use this type of skillet and can cook au jus from the skillet, then wash and use for the baked hams reuse, another chaos maker. Also great for casseroles, including layered casseroles such as lasagne or parmesan of any kind. Bon appetit.
